Our mastering service adds the necessary enhancing, reduction and correction techniques to your recording, which is then finally delivered over the internet, or as a master CD. Your time in the studio is done; with our web transfer mastering system you can send and retrieve your mixes from home, and enjoy the sound quality required for digital or CD release. The process is always mix-specific, and although your master may need one or all of EQ, compression, sound restoration, noise reduction, or fades – we believe firmly in not overprocessing the mix. As an alternative to traditional mastering methods, our online audio master system offers you a simple, cost-effective way of having your final mixes mastered, ensuring that the best musical characteristics stand out. The music industry is fast-moving, and for records to stay parallel to that movement, they must play with clarity and detail. The articulation of a backbeat, accurate low frequencies, crisp high end and distinct vocals may come together with the all important rise in volume at the master stage, which comes from the careful usage of a limiter. But also the required reduction of glitches, hiss, noise and other defects in your mix that you may have missed. Once you have submitted your recordings over our high quality, secure server mastering system, our mastering engineer will tweak it respectfully, then you can access the final product using the same method.
Stem Mastering
The latest addition to the Audio Mastering Services repertoire is stem mastering (also knowns as separation or multi-track mastering). This is a relatively unused but powerful process of mastering, whereby the client uploads elements of each mix to the server individually. They are treated separately, then blended together. Fees
Audio Mastering Services charge £35.00 per master. This is the fee per song. After the mastering is completed, any more than one round of changes will incur an extra charge, to be decided on by both the client and Audio Mastering Services.
